Maintenance & Operations:
Signature Property Management will tour the property on a set schedule with an agreed to frequency as per your direction and our professional recommendation. From the tour, maintenance service requests are then prepared and reviewed with the Board of Directors prior to execution. On a weekly basis, the team will review all outstanding service requests and report back to you on the status via email, keeping you up to date. Our contract will also oversee the management of vendors to include landscaping, snow removal, pond management, pool management and any other contracts involved with the community directly.
Service Request & Work Orders:
As service requests are received and entered we will coordinate with the maintenance technician or the vendor from our approved network. As the service request is processed and completed, we will keep you informed every step of the way with updates via email of direct telephone call.
Off-Season Unit Winter Checks:
Signature Property Management, upon approval, can arrange to check homes on the off-season especially during the cold winter months. This will assure you that your home is heated and your hot water heater functioning properly.
A secured log of all keys to the common areas and unit owners will be maintained in our office. Only approved and pre-authorized vendors, visitors and personnel will be permitted to obtain a key. Unless otherwise agreed, all keys are to be returned to the management office by the end of the day.
24 – Hour Emergency Coverage
Your community will have 24-hour emergency coverage. During off hours, simply call our office and follow the voice prompts and a maintenance team member will respond to the request and notify a designated member of the Board of Directors.
Signature Property Management maintains a $1,000,000 general liability coverage along with a $1,000,000 fidelity / bond coverage naming the Association as additional insured.
Free Web Site
As part of your management services your Association will receive a free web site which will contain all condominium documents, insurance policies and certificates as well as all rules and regulations for the Association.
