The Signature Team

Randy Brittingham, brings years of experience in the home renovation department and property management to our team. Prior to Signature, Randy joined TPW Management (formerly Guardian Property Management) in June 2009. Randy started with the TPW as a Customer Service Technician, providing excellent service to customers with a precise eye for detail. In August 2010 he was promoted to the position of Project Manager/ Estimator. Previous to joining Guardian, Randy was self-employed running his own construction/home renovation company where he handled all jobs big and small. Randy also has over 20 years of experience in every aspect of the kitchen renovation & construction, from fabrication of products, to installation, as well as design, sales and computer cad programming. In addition, Randy served our country in the United States Air Force for four years.

Stuart Galkin, provides over 20 years of property management experience to the team. Prior to Signature, Stuart was a managing partner with Pine Management Group in Philadelphia managing the day – to – day operations of 16 luxury condominiums. Previously, Stuart was Vice President with Resource Real Estate managing multi-family assets totaling over 5,000 units. Other experiences include Retail Director with Liberty Property Trust overseeing the construction and launch of the Shops and Market at the Comcast Center. In addition, Stuart was part of the management team at Franklin Mills Mall also in Philadelphia.

Joann Breneman brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the Signature team and serves as assistant to both owners. She also coordinates the maintenance assignments and work order process. Additionally, Joann maintains the card access system for various communities and updates the data and software requirements. As office manager, she answers the phone with that personal touch to assure each owner that their issue is the upmost and important with that touch of enthusiasm. Joann is a resident of Millsboro and has 2 teenage daughters which are both on the honor roll and excel in student athletics.
